This coffee roasts on a WEEKLY SCHEDULE. WEEKLY orders close on Sundays at 12:00 PM ET and are roasted on Mondays. WEEKLY roasted coffee ships on Wednesdays. All coffee ordered after the WEEKLY Sunday 12:00 PM ET deadline will go into the following week's production.

Our Amiga Mo Bruno Roy is RAD. Like times infinity. It's not because she's a Women's US & WORLD Single Speed Cyclocross CHAMPION. It's because she's a good soul and great person.

We wanted to do a Single Origin to support her and MM Racing's efforts for a long while. Finally, the time came. We talked about it with Mo, she said she wanted it to be Decaf. What? Turns out she LUVs our #coffeedoping but she has to sip a quarter cup or she'll get too wired. Normally, we wouldn't even consider doing a decaf. But for Mo? Done deal.  

Please note: Mo tasted a number of decaf single origins before we found a consistent coffee she liked. The actual coffee beans will change on a regular basis but the taste profile of chocolate, nutty & citrus notes will remain the same. 

PLEASE NOTE: Our amiga Mo is now the DS and Mentor for the AmyD CX team. All proceeds from the sale of Geaux Meaux Decaf coffee will go directly to The Amy D. Foundation.
