This coffee roasts on a WEEKLY SCHEDULE. WEEKLY orders close on Sundays at 9:00 PM ET and are roasted on Mondays. WEEKLY roasted coffee ships on Wednesdays. All coffee ordered after the WEEKLY Sunday 9:00 PM ET deadline will go into the following week's production.

The Big Bend Texas area is special. There are so many diverse environments and wildlife. It's home to art hipster Marfa, Alpine, McDonald Observatory, Lajitas, legendary Terlingua (Viva Terlingua!), and two HUGE and great parks: Big Bend Ranch State Park and Big Bend National Park. It's so remote that you can read books at night...by starlight. It's so remote that cell service and radio are largely non-existent. And the U.S.-Mexico border is your southern horizon. 

The State Park is very MTB-friendly while the National Park is hiking-focused with some great gravel roads. All of Big Bend, but especially the Parks, is incredibly beautiful and inspirational. If you ever have the chance, visit Big Bend Texas, and these parks.

We ship in the United States via USPS 2-Day Priority Mail. Shipping costs $9.00 for 1-2 12oz bags or 1 2lb bag. Shipping costs $15 for 3-6 12oz bags or 2 2lb bags. Larger order shipping costs $20.
