This coffee roasts on a WEEKLY SCHEDULE. WEEKLY orders close on Sundays at 9:00 PM ET and are roasted on Mondays. WEEKLY roasted coffee ships on Wednesdays. All coffee ordered after the WEEKLY Sunday 3:00 PM ET deadline will go into the following week's production.

We ship in the United States via USPS 2-Day Priority Mail. Shipping costs $9.00 for 1-2 12oz bags or 1 2lb bag. Shipping costs $15 for 3-6 12oz bags or 2 2lb bags. Larger order shipping costs $20.
